Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Pins & Places iPhone app (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License

Pins & Places is a one-time purchase. When you buy the App through the Apple App Store, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it on your Apple devices, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Purchases

The App is sold for a single price with no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. All billing, refunds, and family-sharing are handled by Apple under their standard terms.

Your content

Your photos, journeys, and anything you create in the App belong to you. Everything is stored on your device; we never receive or claim any rights to your content. You are responsible for keeping your own backups and for what you choose to share.

Acceptable use

Please use the App lawfully. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the App, and do not use it to infringe anyone's rights.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Place names and captions generated by on-device AI may be approximate; please review them before relying on or sharing them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
